The penthouse is situated on the top  of the newer Montecristo building at Teresa Cepeda and Av. Republica.  The building is close to Av. 10 de Agosto, the major thoroughfare in Quito where the city's Trole Bus system takes you to the most important places in the capital. If you have your own car you have the use of an indoor parking spot (if needed a second one can be obtained) and a storage room is also located there in the basement. Parque Carolina, the main outdoor park with many recreational uses, is only two blocks away. It is also close to two major shopping malls and to Plaza America, a major entertainment complex with cafes, restaurants and cinemas. From the large terrace you have unobstructed views to the city and the surrounding Andes range. Especially on clear days you are awarded with great sights of the snow covered volcanoes.  The elevator takes you right up inside the apartment. 24 hour security is also provided.

This modern loft-style apartment is ideal for the demanding businessman or leisure traveler. It offers ample space for one person or a couple (even a small child could be accommodated if so wished). Upstairs the master bedroom with a king size bed (2m x 1.80m) and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi, shower and sink is located. Ample closets and a small study are also part of the upper level. On the main level you find the kitchen, eating and living areas, all integrated in one large open space. The kitchen is fully equipped and so is of course the rest of the apartment. A small bathroom and storage cabinets are also located on the main floor. On sunny days you may also enjoy the large terrace, where a panoramic view awaits you (click for more photos).
