The Guesthouse Parque
Italia is located in the sector of the city of the same
name, deriving its name form the Italian embassy which
dominates this area with its large treed park-like setting. The
area is a safe and quiet
residential neighborhood, 10 minutes away from the modern city center Mariscal Sucre.
A large supermarket is only 1 minute away where you find
all the necessary local and imported food items. Many other
stores, restaurants, internet cafes, etc... are nearby and
transport in the Avenida America gets you easily to many
attractions of the capital. So this place is ideal for people
who intend to stay longer in Quito and look for an economic
alternative for their accommodations. |

Our
Guesthouse
is an intimate place for no more than 18 guests, divided up in two parts
( 2 former houses ) which are joined together.
We offer rooms with private bath ( 3 doubles, 1 triple)
and with shared facilities ( 2 doubles, 1 triple, 2 singles). Hot water is available 24 hours, day and night.
Some rooms have balconies and views to the volcanoes, others are to the back and more quiet.
There
are two living rooms with fireplaces where you may
enjoy television, music, games or books. |

You may use the kitchen to prepare your own meals.
On demand we will also prepare your meals at extra cost. There is also laundry service (at extra
cost) available. When
going away on trips you are welcome to leave your luggage stored for free at
our place. For guests who love to spend time outside,
we offer a small garden area, where you may enjoy the sun
or get together with friends or other guests for a barbecue.
Occasionally, you can observe hummingbirds which visit from the nearby forest,
to check the flowers in our garden for nectar. |
