This comfortable apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building (picture to right)  located on the Avenida America, a major thoroughfare of Quito. Public transport with the fast Metro-Bus system is available right outside and gets you to all parts of the city quickly. If you prefer your own car to buses, there is a parking spot available in the basement. An elevator gets you from the top floor of the apartment right down to the street or parking level. Many stores and restaurants are in the vicinity and the modern entertainment complex of Plaza America with cinemas and restaurants is nearby.
 

The apartment is fully furnished and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen with all utensils (plates, pots, cutlery, etc...)  included. A stove and refrigerator also part of the inventory. The building itself is some 20 years old and solidly built.
